Commitment Fee Information 2021-2022

Reminder: St. Mary Commitment Fee Due FRIDAY, February 7th.

Thank you for your investment in your child(ren)’s Catholic education here at St. Mary Interparochial School, a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence.

In appreciation of your dedication to our religious and academic programs, we ask you to make a commitment to have your child(ren) attend St. Mary Interparochial School for the 2021-2022 school year. By committing now, the administration will be able to create a budget that will truly reflect our income/expenses for the upcoming year. It will also provide us with the barometer we need to admit those families who await acceptance decisions for their children to attend our school.

To guarantee your child’s seat for the 2021-2022 academic school year, please complete and return the attached Student Record Form. The student record form may be returned through the communication and/or wellness folder, or returned electronically to our school secretary, Mrs. Mary Ellen Penna, at schooloffice@saintmarys.us

All current families must also include a family Commitment Fee of $175.00. This commitment fee is non-refundable and can be paid by check, money order, or through FACTS billing. For returning and new families with an incoming Kindergarten student, the non-refundable family Commitment Fee is $250. Kindergarten sibling families are required to complete and return the Student Record Form for each of your students.

Please note: All families will receive an invoice from FACTS via email. You will be prompted to make a payment through our online billing system.

The Student Record Form and the family Commitment Fee are due no later than Monday, February 22, 2021.  In addition, tuition must be paid up to date in order to enroll your student(s) for the 2021-2022 school year. After February 22, 2021, the Commitment Fee will increase to $225.

We strongly encourage all families to apply for tuition assistance. We are pleased to announce that over $160,000 in tuition assistance funds has been earmarked for the 2021-2022 school year. We anticipate additional funds will be available as well.
