Harvest Hoedown - Fall Fundraiser

12TH ANNUAL HARVEST HOEDOWN
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 13

The Hoedown rallies and unifies the St. Mary’s community around a common cause: to raise money to support our mission to challenge our diverse student body, to grow morally, academically and socially into passionate, confident and Christ-centered leaders of the 21st century. This year, our Harvest Hoedown donations will be supporting our STEAM Education Programs!

This year, we celebrate our Harvest Hoedown's 12th anniversary. This fair-like event is held between 4th & 5th Streets on Locust Street running from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.  Join us for this great afternoon of fun!

Featuring:

Live Music and Square Dancing, Delicious Food, Hayrides, Games, Crafts, Spooky Bootique - Face Painting, Crazy Hair, One of a Kind Cardboard Maze, Moonbounce, Petting Zoo, Wonderful Prizes, Scarecrow Decorating Contest, Royal Student Court and other festive activities.

To ensure the smooth operating of our Registration Tent at tomorrow's Hoedown, we CLOSED our Hoedown ONLINE PayPal links at 3PM on Friday, October 12. Raffle and Admission tickets may still be purchased at our event.

Raffle Prizes

All of the wonderful donations we receive from families and local businesses are added to our raffle bundles! Traditional chance tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20. This year, you could win passes to local museums, gift cards to shops and restaurants, and even a chance to meet an astronaut at The Franklin Institute! Raffle booklets may be picked up at the school office or sent home with your child. Email hoedown@saintmarys.us with any questions.

Each year at our Annual Harvest Hoedown, we host our Handmade Quilt Raffle, generously made and donated by Kathy Kahl (sister of Mrs. Jeanne Meredith, former principal). This classic "S.T.E.A.M. Splendor" Pattern is crafted of 100% cotton fabric and is one-of-a-kind! Full of beautiful blue colors, this entirely hand-quilted throw can be used as a cozy blanket or a decorative wall hanging. Click Here for printable raffle tickets to be printed and returned to St. Mary Interparochial School c/o Harvest Hoedown.

All proceeds benefit the students of St. Mary Interparochial School. The winning tickets will be selected at the Twelfth Annual Harvest Hoedown on Saturday, October 13, 2018.
