Each
May, the St. Mary Interparochial School Community walks to a
historical site within the Old City neighborhood. Pledges are
obtained before the walk and interest in the site is raised through
classroom activities prior to the walk, which usually takes place
on the third Friday of May.

Carpenters' Hall (right) isa treasure in historic Philadelphia. It hosted the First Continental Congress in 1774 and was home to Franklin's Library Company, The American Philosophical Society, and the First and Second Banks of the United States. |
