Golden Gathering of Educators and Leaders
On March 14, 2018, we invited St. Mary educators and leaders past and present to join us for a Golden Gathering. Here, we gathered to celebrate 50 years of excellence in Catholic education and extraordinary leadership.
Our Religion coordinator and Spanish teacher began our celebration with a prayer:
We come to you today and give thanks for all our teachers, staff, volunteers and guests.
Thank you for the way in which they gave and continue to give of themselves each day,
Serving and instructing the generations of St. Mary Interparochial students.
We thank you for them all.”
Throughout the night, attendees enjoyed wonderful food, drinks, and great company. In between bites, our guests were treated to a short video documenting life at St. Mary from the 1960s to the present, and also participated in our Yayoi Kusama art installation, led by Donna Bridy.
Mrs. Bridy encouraged our guests to place a dot of their own among the walls of the installation, symbolizing their impact on the walls of St. Mary Interparochial School.
We are so grateful for the opportunity to share this night with our past and present leaders. We thank all those who attended for sharing this night with us, and remember all those who were unable to attend!
Thank you for continuing to shine your Golden Light for St. Mary Interparochial School!
